From 22 to 24 January, the 16th edition of the congress for gastronomy professionals will be held
The International Congress of Gastronomy Madrid Fusión has been attended by prestigious chefs, both national and international, along with companies, professionals and institutions from gastronomy and foodservices.
Due to its high culinary and cultural value in our lands, the Cod from Iceland has a representation in the IFEMA pavilion, at stand number 11.
The stand has been very popular thanks to the exquisite dishes that have been cooked by the chefs of Domenico Catering. Familiar faces and many new friends. In addition, among all the attendees who access Bacalao de Islandia's facebook and attach a photo of themselves visiting the Fitur stand, a t-shirt is drawn for the Icelandic football team, a major sensation in recent international championships.
